Welcome to hfgifts.pk, operated by HF Gifts. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Information
HF Gifts specializes in customized gift packaging, tin boxes, bags, mugs, Nikah Nama covers, and other event-related items. Each product is printed and designed according to the customer’s approved sample.
By using our website or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders and Approvals
- Customers must create an account to place orders through our website.
- All customized orders are processed only after sample approval from the customer.
- Once the sample is approved, HF Gifts will not be responsible for spelling mistakes or design errors overlooked by the customer during approval.
- The customer must provide the event date while placing the order to ensure timely delivery.
3. Payment Policy
- HF Gifts accepts Online Payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD is available only for single gift items or samples.
- For bulk or custom orders, customers must pay a reasonable advance after sample approval.
- Payments are made through secure channels. HF Gifts does not store or access your credit/debit card information.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery time varies depending on order size and customization requirements.
- We generally ensure delivery at least 5 days before the event date (based on timely customer communication).
- We currently ship only within Pakistan, using Leopards Courier or Pakistan Post.
- For international customers, delivery is possible only through a local representative or POC in Pakistan.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
- Since all items are custom printed, returns or refunds are not accepted except in the following cases:
- The delivered item is damaged.
- The printing or design is different from the approved sample.
- Any complaint regarding damaged items must be reported at least 2 days before the event date.
- No claims will be accepted after the event or if the damage occurred due to mishandling after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for spelling and design approval before final printing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on hfgifts.pk, including but not limited to designs, artwork, product photos, logos, and written material, is the intellectual property of HF Gifts (Rawalpindi, Pakistan).
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without prior written permission from HF Gifts.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may include links to social media platforms or external services (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). These are provided for your convenience. HF Gifts is not responsible for the privacy or policies of third-party sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
HF Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including delays caused by courier companies or incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of transactions with HF Gifts shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of Rawalpindi courts.
