Return & Exchange Policy

At HF Gifts, we take great pride in creating customized, event-specific packaging and gifts that perfectly match your vision. Each product is made with care, crafted individually after your final approval.
Because of this personalized nature, our return and exchange policy is unique and designed to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Customized & Personalized Orders

All our products — including tin boxes, mugs, gift bags, Nikah Nama covers, card boxes, and other event packaging — are made on order based on your approved design or sample.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible, except in specific cases mentioned below.


2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or
  • The printing or design is different from the approved sample provided before final printing.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • You must report the issue within 2 days before the event date.
  • You must share clear photos or videos of the damage or mismatch for verification.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for the following reasons:

  • Spelling mistakes or name errors approved in the sample.
  • Change of mind or event cancellation.
  • Color variation due to display differences (minor variations are normal).
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

4. Exchange Process

If your claim qualifies:

  1. Contact our support team at info@hfgifts.pk or call 0333-2573690.
  2. Provide order details, event date, and clear proof of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we’ll offer one of the following solutions:
    • Exchange: Replacement of the defective item with the correct or new one.
    • Repair/Adjustment: Fixing minor printing issues where possible.
    • Refund: In exceptional cases (only if replacement is not possible).

5. Shipping for Returns
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong print, damage), HF Gifts will cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is invalid (e.g., mistake by customer), the customer will bear the shipping charges.
  • We use Leopards Courier or Pakistan Post for all shipments.

6. Event Date Responsibility

Customers must clearly inform us about their event date when placing an order.
HF Gifts always aims to deliver at least 5 days before the event, but if the customer provides incorrect event details or delays in approval, HF Gifts cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines.


7. Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes a detailed quality check before dispatch.
We ensure that each item meets your approved sample design, printing quality, and packaging standards before shipping.
